• Fixed bug where loading the Conversations module would switch the active Workspace to a different one, causing an error.

• Fixed bug with ongoing calls for a Conversation were not showing up, now it is possible to see them and join.
• Fixed bug where some transcript lines in a call session were showing with the "chat" icon rather than the "call" icon.
• Fixed bug where clicking a Request wouldn't redirect to the Request details screen.
• Fixed bug where attachments could be uploaded to a Conversation but the message failed to send.

Grux users can upload files to Conversation sessions. These attachments are visible by other Grux users in the Conversation, and by Chat Widget users.

Live Chat users can upload files through the Chat Widget, these files are visible in Conversations and can be downloaded in Grux. Coming soon is the ability to transfer files from the Grux interface to Live Chat widget users.

The Conversations module has been overhauled so now multiple calls and chats can happen within the same conversation.

Opening a conversation now shows the different chat and call sessions, where you can see the details for each one and join them individually.

In the Conversation Activity view, you can now add comments which are private for Grux Agents. You can add useful internal notes that customers don't need to see.
