Conversations UI/UX updates

The Conversations module has been overhauled so now multiple calls and chats can happen within the same conversation.

Opening a conversation now shows the different chat and call sessions, where you can see the details for each one and join them individually.

In the Conversation Activity view, you can now add comments which are private for Grux Agents. You can add useful internal notes that customers don't need to see.

• Added Activity log, easily differentiate chat messages and call transcript messages
• Added Requests menu. Create new requests or link existing ones to the active conversation to keep track of the necessary topics.
• More improvements related to how participants look, messages, session information.
• Multiple bug fixes related to session handling when ending a chat or call.
• Multiple bug fixes related to displaying chat and call transcript messages.
