Workflows
Designed to help measure, track, iterate and streamline common business processes.
In Grux, a workflow is a series of steps that can be configured with variables to ensure specific work is completed in a uniform way.
Any task can be a Workflow
Creating tasks and subtasks for repeatable processes starts the same way tasks are created for any other purpose in Grux. The main difference is that these Β tasks may have information that is later converted into variables to improve organization, tracking, and delegation.
To define a process for creating a workflow, Grux will prompt users to start identifying the key steps involved, confirm their sequence, role assignment, and then visually present the information organized in a flowchart.
Once a Workflow is created it can be used by itself or as part of a larger system. Anytime its used the metrics are tracked for visibility and reporting purposes. This is commonly used for People Operations, Human Resources, and Sales.
